"The pay is the lowest in the plant for finishers and it is an easy argument that we work the hardest. I remember walking up to the front and seeing all the guys making the big bucks just sitting on their ass reading newspapers. Also lack of ventilation is huge in the finisher department. I hope OSHA cracks down."

"be prepared to work a lot of overtime because more often than not you will work fifty hours a week."

What don't you like about working at Northwest Building Tech?

"I don't like working around all of the toxic chemicals."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The required work schedule is four ten hour shifts stop making people work overtime."
