"Finishline is a good company but lacks compassion for any of their employees. They will replace you in a heartbeat but expect you to break your back for their company. They have recently cut everyone's pay, taking away the National Management Meeting, and lack certain perks and benefits for their employees."

While there is a lot of opportunity for teamwork, seniority can sometimes take preference over expertise. It is also a very male dominated company so they often like to unknowingly push women's ideas off to the side, but if you stand up for yourself, you will be heard and have more success in the input into the project or planning."

I have seen numerous times that long time employees are passed up by younger ones that do not have the proper training. Turnover is extremely high and many things are cut financially to help the customer, sometimes for the worst."
