"Close, Close, Close. You will need an internal referral or a connection to get this job, although I don't see why. Use your skills when interviewing. Show off."

What don't you like about working at FindLaw.com?

"The national manager sent out an email that said we should love to work all day and then work all night because money is everything."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Your reps, company, and reputation will be much better if you allow your reps to care for existing customers. Look up the definition of quota. The majority are supposed to hit it."
