"I do enjoy our dedicated commitment to help PNC clients have a complete wealth management experience in order to institutionalize each individual's portfolio, build a true relationship, and inform our clients without adding any pressure to fulfill our deadlines and targeted objective.My only issue with PNC is their approach in handling their incentive plans, and some outdated resources on their computer programs. Some of the platforms offered were often confusing and not user friendly."

"Can be demanding at times, with a high level of stress, sometimes are forced to deal with all of the mistakes of others and apologizing to people, but still rewarding to turn a situation around."

"I would focus more on staffing and the needs of the branches. There needs to be a little more attention spent on the structure of the branches to best serve the members."

"This career was very financialy rewarding, but very stressful."

"I enjoyed working with the customers the most and the money was quite nice as well."

"This job was a very high stress sales job, when the economy fell it was very difficult to perform my tasks as the community had lost faith in the bank."

"I think the only thing that I could recommend is for the managers to understand that not all employees need to be driven the same way."

"Freedom to create your own business and help the agents."

"Talk to Allstate agents you will be working with prior to signing on."
What don't you like about working at Allstate?
"Stopped hiring new agents. Agents started to write the business themselves rather then refer it to the financial specialist. This resulted in lower production for the office and myself."

"Make sure Allstate agents understand the value of working with a financial specialist."

"They supported their employees very well in the years that I worked their."

"Fujitsu was a great company with great benifits, I would love to work there again."
What don't you like about working at Fujitsu?
"Fujitsu split off into several companies and didn't offer the employees a choice of which company to work for."

"I would extend the amount of time that you transfer employees from Fujitsu Ltd. to the individual subs."
