"This company is a food distribution company. It was extremely understaffed when I was working there, I had a lot of job duties for someone who just started. The environment was okay to say the least but they could definitely improve."

"This company only cares about profit, you are only a number that will be replaced if your profitability fails.training non existent , but they hold you accountable anyway once you make to many mistakes on things you werent trained on to begin with.constantly threatening your job."

"Training and developing your people is always worthwhile . The philosophy of just continually hiring and firing employees running through them as I often heard quoted is not a sound business practice.the people that fiesta has selected for a lot of supervisor positions are below industry standards in quality and quite a few are convicted felons as well. Which to me speaks volumes about the organization."
