"The work is not very challenging, there is no training to improve or move up within the company nor any opportunities to move up either."

"Understand that hours per week will be random and that as a remote driver you will be expected to do more then just install."

"The company was separated from the workers. The direct supervisor was the only contact we had with corporate and made it difficult to learn new regulations when he failed to understand them."

"Know the job that you are asking your workers to do, before you ask them to do it. If you do not know how hard the job is or what will be required then how can you have expectations on time."

"I would have management re-evaluate the worth of their technicians and adjust salaries accordingly."

"The best advice would be simply to stay away. They lay off frequently. You won't have a job after 6-8 months."
