"No longer there. Company was great until they bought out Airborne Express. Then things started to change and layoff process began. Slow slide from there to where they are now. It was a great company and they treated their employees with respect. Also got to travel quite frequently as they were big on training managers."

"I like working with the employees there. They are hard working and very nice."

"JOT was a very good company until the last couple of years when they were bought out by the Rohwedder group of Germany."
What do you like about working at JOT Automation?
"I had the freedom to run the service department the best way I saw fit. I had a very good manager that trusted me to make the right decision and acknowledged my accomplishments."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"company no longer has a office in the USA"
What don't you like about working at JOT Automation?
"The last couple of years the USA office was shut out of all decisions and this lead to the office being shut down."

"Spend more on research and development of new product lines."

What do you like about working at Securitas?
"The security officers were plasant and mature , the clients keep a great work enviroment."
What don't you like about working at Securitas?
"I do not like when you work out of a office and do not feel like part of the team. I do not like that I got hired as full time and about two months later I was part time with no benifits."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Spend more time listening to your officers. The good workers that you have you need to hold on to them let them know they are doing a good job and repersenting the company in a positive way."

"DHL was a great learning experience, even though they laid me off I don't regret working there."
What do you like about working at DHL Express?
"I learned a lot about staffing, payroll and managing large groups of employees in high pressure environments. During my employment at DHL I worked every shift and learned almost every aspect of operations that they had to offer."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"If you were interviewing at DHL I would advise to make sure that you are dedicated to your customers because drivers spend a lot of their day coaching customers to set up a shipment properly."
What don't you like about working at DHL Express?
"I didn't enjoy that towards the end the company was very unstable and I was unsure from week to week whether I was going to have a job or not."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I think DHL needed more standardization like UPS has. Every DHL station is very different whereas at UPS everybody is on the same page."

"Co-workers were the best bunch of people I have ever worked with."

"Had to work extremely long hours."

"Needs work in balancing personal life with work life. Not open to personal issues."
What do you like about working at DHL Express?
"I enjoyed the fact that they gave me leeway to run my operations as I saw fit, even though they weren't always run in prescribed company ways."
What don't you like about working at DHL Express?
"I did not like the reverse pyramid management scheme which was in play in DHL. They needed more front line management but instead wanted less front line management and more executives."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"To not forget the importance of training."
