"Fidelity has taken very good care of me over the last 19 years, both professionally and with excellent performance incentives. Although I loved the work I did, Fidelity could be very demanding, sometimes leaving little to no recharging between large projects, But I must say I always kept driving forward and delivered successful projects. The new CEO was fully committed to Agile methodologies where I picked up some new skills. I would have stayed if not for their relocation to Texas."
