"Unfortunately, the customer I was managing an account for was mentioning they would find a new provider. With the economic crisis getting ready to start, I thought it best to move on to a different position to ensure my employment through these tougher times."

"Same I always give. Remember, you are only as strong as your employees. I will add this caveat, your employees are only as strong as your managers can train them to be."
