"Ferrellgas was a place that I thought I was going to love from the get go. However, because I did not gossip and tell on my other employees, I was singled out and they looked for a reason to get rid of me. I was very disappointed, because I received awards and surpassed the work of even the seasoned employees and kept my nose in the work, but in the end, that wasn't enough. I was very disappointed in the work ethic of the other employees."

"The fact that you are NEVER rewarded for your work. IN FACT they like to cut hrs, short hrs, and deny overtime!!!!"

"GO TO COLLEGE! GET EDUCATED! Possibly consider SAFETY for once, especially since it is a hazardous material. Wonder why the plant in TAVARES blew LACK of safety instruction, out of code gas lines, tanks, and trucks."

"I was given flexability on aquiring new business and there was very little micro-management by management. Because I was able to work out of the box I was able to increase business by over 100 % rather quickly."

"The benifits are great, and be prepared for high turnover within the ranks of management. I had 4 new managers within 2 1/2 years."

What don't you like about working at Ferrellgas Partners?

"Ferrellgas had cut back on number of employees so much, there was such an increase of responsibility that it was hard to cover an area that included 300 miles north and south and 175 miles east and west. Areas included Georgia and South Carolina. I was also in charge of making the customers happy after they had become unhappy by treatment, equipment failure, or high gas prices."

"Management meetins on a regular basis and open communication and sharing of ways to increase morale with all employees."
