"The pay at FedEx Office for a Senior Store Managers depends on the physical store size and its overall contribution to the district. I currently operate the largest location in the Inland Empire which gives me even more responsibilities compared to my fellow peers who operate locations 4X smaller. In comparison to other districts who may have the same size location with less responsibilities, they may receive the same pay or slightly less. The driving factor for pay come down to the stores ADV (average daily value) and its ability to maximize each transaction to generate revenue growth year over year."
