"We are underemployed at our store, it makes it easier to do your job if you have help."

"Work out a deal with corporate to hire more people."

"Came to FedEx Security after a career in law enforcement (most here did as well). Great move. Fabulous company that values work/life balance and allows flexible schedule. Best career move if my life."

"Prepare. Interviews are difficult and completion for security (salaried) positions is stiff. Use STAR method."
What don't you like about working at FedEx?
"To get hired, you may have to move; positions don't open often. You can always tell after hire. Occasional travel depending on work area but not frequent enough to worry about."

"Keep people first as you always have. Great culture of psp in professional positions. Provide more equipment."

"Winter time, it was always hard to get out in the cold to hook trailers together."

"I didn't have any problems at all with what management did."
"I have worked here for almost 10 years. It starts at a fantastic base pay and only gets better fairly quickly. The supervisors are very helpful and you always feel like your input is valued. There's even a pretty good chance of upward mobility if you are staying in the logistics profession, be it managing, or becoming a road or city driver."
