"That if you weren't part of the right crowd you didn't get promoted and if you were successful in your position with what you had they would never give you more help. you were consistently over worked and underpaid."

"Keep the people that are successful and listen to the suggestions made by those in the field and on the dock."

"This is a great company, they have great everything, I was laid off, but I have no offers because I thought they handled things well."

"Working for FedEx National LTL was not a good experience. The only good benefit, was that we now have the weekends off, because the terminal was closed on the weekend."

"It got away from the individual, personal, and family environment that Watkins had. The environment was not a positive one, and you walked on eggs at work."

"Why, every attempt that was made to address issues or concerns were brushed aside, and treated as an insult to them."

"Managers who do not lead should be fired or let go. Make contact with former managers who left the company, but want to come back to help lead FedEx into the future."

What don't you like about working at FedEx?

"Individuals who get promoted due to politics versus demonstrating strong leadership. Spending unnecessary amount of money on sales associates, who make their individuals goals. Expensive trips for sales department. The bz program never worked..."

"Stop promoting friends, political adventures, etc."
