What suggestions do you have for management?
"Just to help people relocate if they want to do so."
"I've worked for the company for a long time. Annual changes in team member incentive packages to consistently and strategically REDUCE the pay of each team member. Flavor of the Month - Product of the Month is the only way team members earn bonuses. If you do not have a customer base that is interested in purchasing over priced, outdated items, or customers not crazy enough to shell out $2.99 for 2 ounces of window cleaner, you won't get bonuses. Actually received multiple performance counseling statements because I didn't sell enough. Culture is SO bad that team members have to purchase product of the month items themselves just so they don't get written up and terminated. Demeaning culture. Underpaid for the work done. Customers treat team members poorly and it's considered acceptable. LOOK ELSEWHERE UNLESS DESPERATE. Company keeps comparing part time workers to McDonald's seeking to cut the expense of benefits. How much consulting, digital setup work, or complex project management does your McDonald's person do making a normal order? Company highly undervalues workers."
