It practices very professional work habits, ethical behaviors; I just wished the hours/compensation could as be good as the experiences there. "FedEx Express is a great company to work for, and they treat their employees well."

What do you like about working at FedEx?

"The benefits were great, especially for only working part-time for the company. There were also many shifts that allowed for my school schedule."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"I would recommend talking with someone who works at the facility you plan to work at and getting them to put in a word for you."

What don't you like about working at FedEx?

"I really did not like the politics that went along with getting a promotion locally."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Once a year we get evaluated, and we get to evaluate our manager confidentially. I would suggest that in reviewing the manager's evaluation you have someone other than the manager go over the evaluation to keep it confidential."
