"I have been Fedex ground at for 2 years plus years now with over 8 years of customer service, 5 plus years of leadership and 3 plus years in IT tech skills with Fedex has help me grow and challenge all that past work experience I have use or learn at other companies that I have work at. I couldn't be more happy with a great team and career that i have started back in 2019 but I do want to explore more challenges and experience in different roles and companies."

"It is a fast-paced environment. You constantly move and lift packages. The positive thing about working at FedEx is the people. We are always having a good time together. The negative thing is the scanners. We have to scan each box before loading it into the truck. Often, the scanners go out or stop working and it affects our ability to perform."
