"I worked for The Federal Savings Bank for just over two years. Overall, I enjoyed my experience. Not a lot of mid-level management and micromanagement. The company gives you the treatment and trust to operate at your best. It can however be a difficult environment for someone who is new to the industry or is not independently motivated. The compensation is great; benefits not so great. Their loan pricing is fair - not super competitive. Their marketing is questionable..."
