What do you like about working at FCFG?
"I enjoyed being a part of creating a new organization. I enjoyed being able to assist in creating most all systems and being able to bring innovative ideas, software, etc. in as needed. I enjoyed the freedom, creativity, and team environment."

"No, the company is no longer around to be interviewed at."
What don't you like about working at FCFG?
"As a start up the company took on a few investors along the way. At one point the company took on a large corporate investor. That investor then found a way to get 51% of the company, change everything, make it a not productive place to work, terminate our positions, sell the company's business & dissolve the corp."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Do not take on large corporations as investors. If you cannot afford to grow, then do not until you are ready."
