"I've worked with Favorite Healthcare as a safety officer since June of 2021. We are working with the mass vaccination sites under the Illinois Department of Public Health. It is contract work but they have been a great company to work for. The pay is amazing and has opportunities to move up the ladder."

"I spent weeks trying to get into Favorites so I could hire on for assignments. I never got passed the application. Every time I would call the St Paul office to see what I needed to complete/turn in to complete the process, I was met with the same snotty girl whose famous line was "We will look at your profile and call/email you what we need". They NEVER called or emailed me back. I called that office for TWO weeks trying to figure everything out, and they just kept telling me the same thing over and over. I have worked agency before, and never have I been treated so poorly. I tried to talk to the manager of the office and she wasn't any more help. Dismissing all of my questions about work' they had available and scoffing/huffing every time I did have a question. I asked about contracts and she "huffed" at me and told me to call the corporate office to talk to a contract recruiter. What?? How can you advertise and offer contracts in Minnesota and not have any information about them??? Needless to say, I have contacted another agency, and they had everything complete for my file and had me ready to work in about 2 weeks. Every time I had questions, I was not dismissed and my questions were answered without snark."

"There isn't much I would do differently, possibly crack down a little more on metrics."
