"Fanuc America is a solid company and stable in recessions. The pay is average if not a little lower, but the benefits have always made up for it. Of late a merger with the Fanuc Robotics has changed this. There are more changes coming and mostly they have to do with doing it the way Robotics does it. This has meant a significant drop in benefit compensation (might have been happening anyway however due to ObamaCare). I enjoy working with my coworkers and Fanuc offers a solid product to be proud to support."
