"High consultant turn around. Don't expect to become a salary employee as they generally replace consultants within 1.5 years. However this is a great company to work for if you need something to do while looking for something else.Don't expect technical fields to be held by technical people. Several non-technical people get hired daily into technical fields here. The department I worked in provided access for the entire company but only 5 out of the 17 employees had technical experience."

Lowest level of management efforts is focused to satisfy their bosses so they could move up and in between they forgot about their employees. Company does not value the experience and seniority of existing employees and HR does not do anything to change the culture."
