"overall i was switched over to vdot from another company in fanuiel due to a contract ending. In the beginning the job seemed ok. first problem took me 3 weeks to get my paycheck after reaching out to them over 10 times. Which easily could have been fixed if they would have took me seriously. Next issue i had to have surgery and no one would work with me on my schedule changes once finally back. Its hard to get people to respond they dont care about their employees it seems. This company cant keep employees at all. If they would listen to us and try they would be amazing especially since we all work mandatory overtime and dont complain."
