"I've worked for Fandango for about 4 years in the content dept. Overall, I would recommend the company, though recently the company has shifted its focus to more temporary and contractor driven job positions in an effort to cut costs. The office is very well maintained and people are friendly. One of the major drawbacks is traffic, especially with current construction going on with the Metro Rail expansion."

"Working for Fandango started out pretty great then last year they hired a new CEO with a Disney mentality, and the entire culture changed. Despite increasing profits, they are belt-tightening like a company in trouble. Now everyone worries about keeping their job, works insane hours; and the turnover is greater-than-usual for a digital agency. This is not a place one joins in the hopes of having a steady, happy employment experience."
