What do you like about working at The Family Security Plan?

"The pay was decent, good location right off i-95. Benefits were ok."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Stay away unless you are totally desparate. Even then plan on a short stay. It is a crapshoot, supervisor dosent like you, you are OUT. You could luck out and be one of the favorites. You have a better chance at this if you are young."

What don't you like about working at The Family Security Plan?

"90% of my co workers very unfriendly. Morale is low, and turnover is high. Non qualified people keep their jobs because they are related to higher ups, hardworking employees are treated the worst. One manager would come up behind you and poke you hard in the back to get your attention. There are also a few people in the office who constantly snitch others out. One is very obvious about it. She dosen't realize everyone laughs at her behind her back. People are nice to her because they don't want to get snitched on. Favoritism is out of control...if a manager, especially the back poker, does not like you, you will be out of a job. Another person who is called a supervisor does not know anything, and will give you a blank look and an I don't know if you ask her a question that requires actual thou. People purposely ask her things just to see her reaction. She is young and a favorite so she keeps her job. No one wants to do their job. If you have a computer problem, IT might or might not take a look at it for you. If you leave too much stuff on the floor under you desk, the cleaning people will tell your supervisor. A lot of the training is on your own time, they do not tell you this until after you start work."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Treat your hardworking emploees with respect, STOP with the nepotism. Stop encouraging backstabbing and sntching.Give everyone all the tools they need to do thier jobs. A supervisor poking employees can lead to legal trouble. Any type of unwanted touching can be considered seual harassment, even if it is not at all sexual in nature."
