"When hiring managers make sure they have at least 4 to 5 years as a store manager. You will keep these managers longer because, they start out knowing what to expect ."

"If management raised pay, the churn rate of hires would immediately and dramatically drop, as there is incredible talent in-house that tends to move on quickly after gaining basic skills."

"The company doesn't pay decently for all the work employess do, and evenings are unsafe in many store areas where they do not allow for extra hours and stores are unsafe in evenings.They become easy targets for robberies. Two people cannot watch a store of that size and not be shopplifted or robbed."

"Allow more hours in weekly schedule. Your stores will be taken care of better,and allow for better pay for employees, this will bring more pride into your company, and it will show in the employees as well.This pays off in less shopplifting and a cleanner store and employees that stay and are proud to be part of your organization."
