4.5Fair is an interesting company with a really unique take on helping consumers lease/rent/subscribe to a car in a low-hassle, totally digital checkout process. The company offers great compensation, benefits, and perks. At its best, Fair sets ambitious goals and achieves what many once said was impossible. At its worst, senior leaders will force the team to chase shiny objects that eat up resources and that don't deliver any real value in the end. The C-suite is very isolated and generally does not solicit or listen to feedback from the team. There was a management shakeup in the fall of 2019 that may change this, though.
4.3I’ve worked for Fair for about six months now. Everyone I work with is amazing, and everyone is very helpful and hardworking. The company as a whole needs to work on being a little more organized by keeping their employees updated with any changes, so that we can do our jobs to the best of our ability without the lack of information. Other than that, Fair is an awesome place to work. Your team at pretty much any station you go to will make work a wonderful place to be.
This job has been a great opportunity for me.
