"This was my first Failure Analysis position. Much of the work was new and exciting."

"Unisys is no longer in the Failure Analysis business. In fact, it no longer has an operation in San Diego."
What don't you like about working at Unisys?
"I do not believe I or others were properly compensated for their efforts."

"Keep on doing what you have been doing as far as the immediate manager."

"My boss was open to new ways to perform the FA analysis and rewarded engineers for their ideas."

"Brooktree is no longer doing business. In the past I would say just be on time and be prepared."

"I wish the other engineers were also more interested in new FA proceedures such as getting a basic knowledge of ATE equipment."

"Keep on doing what you are doing. The majority of the engineers I worke with had high praise for this company."

"The people I work with are very nice and professional. The company is generous and always considers what is good not only for the company, but for the employees as well."
