"Keep an open mind in relation to your expectations of an acceptable work environment & culture. Notwithstanding the above, it really was a very nice company and environment to work for/in."
What don't you like about working at FadalCNC?
"non-exsistent materials system based on one's having worked their way up from actually having built the product, in order that you'd understand what everything was and where it could physically be found. NO inventory system whatsoever. Extemely difficult to get your arms around. The company did so poorly sales/shipment-wise, I was laid off before I could become competent at fitting into the system and becoming effective."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"install an actual modern MRP system and train employees to use it."
