"NOTHING!!!!! Its just a job. There is no career or life working for them. there will never be an opportunity to succeed there is no promotions no raise. just work and more work!!!!"

"good luck with your life if you are a driver, general warehouse, shipping and receiving, only way you will be happy is becoming a manager or sales. one thing about sales no sales = no money= fired/out of job"
What don't you like about working at Factory Motor Parts?
"worked here for 3 years and not a single pay raise. Get treated like a slave. dispatcher made me work when it was lunch time I didnt even get paid for not taking a lunch. Managers daughter started out making $13 in the warehouse when everyone started making 10. benefits is crap its almost like having no benefits co pay is high. I applied to become a battery sales guy but didnt get hired I thought you would get hired from inside the company but I thought wrong they hired someone from outside."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"learn how to manage!!! overstocking parts that does not sell"
