"While the employees are great to work with, upper management is scattered. Issues become disasters frequently only to be deemed not important when a new issue arises. Management has asked that senior staff not talk to each other to not disrupt work but this had led to no communication between departments. If the company can overcome the hurdle of the restructure it will become a strong company to work for."
