"The pace of work there was pretty rigid. The managaement philosophy seemed to be Everythign is a Crisis and if you worked less thatn 50 hrs a week you were a slacker."

"Take a breath once in a while and adopt a more proactive approach rather than the reactive attitude that seem to prevail."
