2.5I’ve been working for Express for almost 3 years now, and I use to love it but recently both owners have been out of it. Things that a typical owner would rush to fix are neglected. They have had many complaints about a single employee for years, yet nothing is actually done about it. This employee has been rude to customers and other employees many times and has also taken clients' personal information home, along with making many other coworkers so uncomfortable in the workplace that they have quit. It’s sad to see such a wonderful community be treated as something so replaceable.
