"I've worked for Express Energy for 2 years. In that period of time I experienced that upper management lacks the integrity to support the safety culture even though the HSE management system is in place. Not much upper movement for promotions in the hierarchy as you must know people to get promoted instead of work performance. Communication in the organization is poor with little or no support for process improvement. I do not recommend working for this company as they need some serious help."
