"I liked the environment, the basics of the job I did, and most of the people."

"Just make sure that the area you're joining is poised for stability before you join."

What don't you like about working at Nokia?

"Though my peers and I were hired as part of marketing, after a while, upper management began to make our role a sales function. When that didn't revive sales, the program soon folded and my peers and I were laid off."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I probably wasn't there long enough to make an informed judgment on this."
