"Not a good place to grow at this company. Managers and especially sr managers don't development or care what employees are doing. Everyone is very selfish and defensive. They would all throw each other under the bus just to get ahead. Many of the sr managers don't even know our teams, people's names, products or growth."

"I have worked for Experian for 6 years. The company has good benefits and a wonderful community outreach program(s). It is bureaucratic and working as the status quo is accepted and common. If you are looking for a 40 hr week steady job and are in low to mid levels (director or lower) you should consider this company. It is a steady long-term option. If looking for a company with advancement and growth, advancement can be limited which is surprising in this size company, but it is very siloed."

"In Experian Costa Rica, compensation is below average and in the HTML coding department, some computer equipment is needed and the manager is difficult to work with. Other than that, facilities are great, co-workers are great and overall, the work experience is fine."

"Great company to be in IT with - as long as you are in Texas. Company purged their IT from Southern California. Cut 90 of 105 Southern California IT positions in 2013. 40 of those back-filled or relocated to Texas."

"This company is currently struggling. It is reacting to the market space rather than leading the charge in terms of innovation and technology."
