"Stop, take a breath and really look at how you mange projects. This was the worst Project Management infrastructure to mange projects that I had ever seen. No clear processes, so real authority."

"As long as you don't mind entering into a culture where people are more focused on doing things their own way instead of the right way...you'll fit right in. Too much political in-fighting.but it that is your thing, Expedia is the place for you!"

"Less value was given to an employee's skills, capability and ability to deliver but rather more emphasis is placed on who you know. As long as you were able to secure someone in Sr Mgmt as a regular drinking buddy, your job was/is in jeopardy..especially in IT."

"Need to view employees as a company's only appreciating asset. Instead, there are repeated efforts to step over a dollar to pick up a dime at the employee's expense."
