"There is huge resistance to change in this company, the pay in ET/OT is low. There is no real encouragement or support for ongoing learning/training. Supervision is inappropriate,and inconsistent. Clinical supervision is scarce and definitely not a priority. Way too many corners are cut to save money and this often is at the expense of the patient's care and well being."

What don't you like about working at Exempla Healthcare?

"My therapy groups are interrupted by doctors and case managers.My pay is low for my credentials and skill level.The culture of communication is totally inefficient and frustrating to staff and patients alike. Clinical supervision is scarce and not a priority."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Please use effective communication skills. Respect the importance and sanctity of therapy groups. Pay me better or give me better/more vacation time, Provide, support and help pay for ongoing training related to my job description. Provide appropriate clinical supervision."
