"I applied for a job and they only offered me one where training started in 3 weeks. I barely had enough money to last that long but I waited. The workday before I was to start they called and said it would be another week and a half. I told them I couldn't wait that I was out of money and could they find me another job. He said no I was locked into this one. I asked him to unlock me and he refused. He showed no compassion or empathy to me or my circumstance. He wanted to fill that slot more than find me a job. We went around and around with me trying to tell him I don't have the money to wait but he refused to give in. I call the general manager and tried to explained things but she wouldn't listen or have any empathy for me either. This company thinks of employees as cattle. Unimportant and not worth the effort. DON"T APPLY THERE!!! There are better more caring operations out there!"

"Some coworkers are good people and in general a lot of good people."

"Go somewhere else. It is not a good place to work for."

"Unsafe working conditions and lack of management, no one is taking charge. A lot of stealing of time and materials by some management not all."

"Work together go out for a drink talk to each other."

"The people. Management is not trusting of their employees and very controlling."

"Don't interview at this company unless you are desperate to have a job."

"Work environment and technology is very old and outdated. Management has a very 80's approach to everything which is what is holding the company back."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Hire some new blood that can give a fresh approach to business. Most employees have been at company over 20 years and have never worked anywhere else. Company and employees are very stagnant and work like drones doing what they are told and nothing else."

"The best thing about working at Conagra Foods is seeing it disappear in my rear view mirror when leaving!"

"Call a suicide hotline. They will save your life by talking you out of it."

"Working at Conagra is like working at a zoo. Overpaid, lazy managers and leads crap, and the overworked, underpaid team members get to clean it up."

"Please do not walk in front of team members' trucks when they leave. Brakes fail."

"Get rid of everybody that is employed there and start over."

"Ask about the company's strategies and objectives. Also about of the position performance related objectives."

"Promote those that are competent to do the job, not because they are your buddy."

"They created a program but when I went beyond my job to help I was terminated. Managers did not stand behind you."
What do you like about working at ARAMARK?
"No I would like to work for Aramark Corporate to improve the Convention Center."

"Yes, be honest, follow rules, and I am sorry to say, just do what you are required to do. They don't appreciate it if you do more."
What don't you like about working at ARAMARK?
"I liked working for the Convention Center, but they would not let us do our job to the fullest extent, we would work with the clients coming in the school, but they would never back us up if there were problems."

"The Managers that are in charge of that department understand, and are able to help do some of the job if needed."
What do you like about working at Chrysler?
"That it is close to my house."

"Don't expect to be treated as anything more then a number."

"No real leadership or ability to make more money, also being treated as a number sucks."

"More experienced techs and more service writers needed."
