1.1Get all managers together and reinforce the importance of communication as well as professionalism. Both start at the top and a tight ship cannot be run without these. Employees got blamed for unprofessional conduct, but management was most unprofessional of all. Only at a place like excelleRx could a manager be guilty of sexual harassment and receive a promotion instead of a pink slip.
3.2Do not give your employees mixed signals. The environment can appear to be very laxed, however, they will quickly tighten down and scold employees out of nowhere.
3.7Excellerx is a good company and I like knowing the work we do helps people during the last days of their lives. They are always looking to implement new technologies, but do not reward those that put in the time to learn and develop it. They want the best IT solution but all their attention on pharmacy side of the business.
