"I worked at Evonik for 2.5 years. I found it to be somewhat rewarding. Excellent benefits. Poor departmental coordination. Poor career progression. Mediocre human resources dept, but never an issue with paycheck. Safety culture was devastatingly lacking initiative. Excellent people with strong teamwork fundamentals. Overall, pretty good job, but not a place one would want to stay forever."
