"Management would promote their favorite people and completely ignore those who actually works. They said they have total transparency in process, but they were nowhere near to the meaning of that word. They were under-qualified managers who would judge other people and would always try too demotivate them instead of cheering them up and keeping their morale high."

Management did not appreciate them. Even all the employees for the hard work that they did. Resigning was the best decision that I made."
