"I've worked for Evident (CPSI) for almost a year. It's an entry level position that they provide a 3 - 4 week training class for. After the class you're thrown into a tier system (Tier 1 being the easiest, Tier 5 being the most complex). They switch tiers every 2 weeks and you sort of have to fend for yourself at that point. You have fellow coworkers to lean on for help and they're extremely helpful for the most part. However, sometimes you'll realize that "there is more than one way to skin a cat" when solving certain issues the site's are experiencing. Multiple employees have expressed the need to restructure the training class because it's not as helpful as it should be (the class notes you get are mostly useless). Despite everything, it's a good Entry level position but that's about it, get your experience and leave."
