"Europrint was a very successful company but the president/owner was hostile and not focused on the goals we were supposed to be working to improve sales. He missed many opportunites due to focusing on his traveling and personal time."

What do you like about working at Europrint?

"Close to home."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"No, I am afraid I do not."

What don't you like about working at Europrint?

"I didn't not like the fact that I was promised flexibility of schedule, ability to work from home office, bonuses, pay increases and none of those things came to pass even though I was instrumental in improving our profitability in the short time that I was employed. I didn't like the fact that the office was in the owner's home and I had to listen to the owner and his wife fighting, it was very unprofessional."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I gave management many suggestions already and made improvements in several aspects of how the business was run. Some were implemented and were quite useful and some were just not implemented."
