"Work is distributed unfairly to those that can say the right things. The head of construction got fired and the super left too. The CEO is firing anyone who she crosses path with who does not agree with her. Work is routine, and long hours out of town. Company is struggling but tells different stories to staff."
"Struggling company as it tries to remain competitive, work is very routine, with isolated management. There is only few clients that provide work. Emphasis on being billable and no one really cares that work is profitable, middle level supervisor are arrogant and treat crews with little respect. Feedback is not appreciated but treated as a nuisance."
