"A good culture to work for however they tend to hire new people retroactively and not proactively. Salaries are close to national average. However raises are determined by your group as a entirety and not on and individual basis. Bonuses are are determined by group performance then based of your current salary."

"You are micromanaged to death. They run reports for everything and the branch manager monitors the lists which you do not want to be on because there are consequences. The work load is unmanageable. They are growing too fast. For a dot com their programs are ridiculously slow. Their processes have no logic behind them. It honestly is the worst place I have ever worked in my entire life. If you are not one of their yesmen life will not be fun for you. It is a modern day sweatshop. Run away!"

"I have enjoyed working for Esurance but with their recent overhaul in the area and company wide, the hours that were originally agreed upon were not the hours that were assigned. They have great compensation and room for advancement, but unfortunately the hours do not meet the needs of my family. If I had one suggestion for potential applicants I would say make sure you have the ability to work overnight for 6 months to a year at least. Again though, compensation is great and room for advancement is booming."
