"It is a great company, under financial pressure, as most US companies are. Sell your skill set, and agree to be relocatable."

"No work/life balance--I worked 60-75 hours week as the norm."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Layoffs are not going to solve the problem at point of sale. There were other alternatives (offer early buyouts, reduced salaries, part time regions w/ no benefits job sharing etc.). Many companies are taking the easy way out to respond to Wall Street pressure. In the long run, you will not have the best and the brightest left--just those who live in the right cities. Look for the LONG view."

"mediocrity, no one can make a decision, they hire only the dimmest and laziest, I would say the bottom 20% due to low wages"

"get rid of the dead weight, start making changes to offer your stock holders a decent return. QUIT WASTING share holders money"
