"I've worked for Esri since 2008."
"Esri a leading Geographic Information System (GIS) company. The culture at Esri is incredibly collaborative and supportive. It's an open, friendly environment, and employees are invested in each other and the work they're doing. Everyone is passionate about doing the job right the first time."
"Amazing place to work, flexible work hours, helpful coworkers and managers, space to grow and build personal projects."
"Great family oriented company to work for. Really cares about their employees."
"Esri is a very good place to work with if you are seeking to have a comfortable, stable life and have a strong interest in the GIS world. It is certainly the leader in this industry and it is still rapidly expanding with innovative technologies. The advantage of working here are job security, good work life balance, friendly team. However it also has very little room for most employee to go up and its senior employee has shown to be over controlling in many decisions. I have enjoyed working here but I also understand its overall working environment is hindering my ability to move forward. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good, solid job but not to anyone who looks forward to challenges and great rewards."
"Great atmosphere and professional colleagues"
"The company has good work environment and people are helpful in making you understand and solve any work-related issues."
"I worked at Esri during many transitions... from a small company to an enterprise company. Unfortunately, it has outgrown it owner's ability to lead it to the next level. The corporate management is trained (those that have any management training) in old school methods and are afraid of hiring top talent. It is sad to see this once proud company crumbling."
"I worked with ESRI for 2 years and there was a very good work environment."
"Awesome company to work with, employees are helpful. Nice environment and tons of opportunities to grow in your career."
"I worked as a Software Developer Intern for 3 months and learnt quite a lot from my mentor during this period. My mentor had extensive domain knowledge and was always willing to help and explore new technologies. Overall great learning experience, and good and knowledgeable colleagues and mentors."
"Esri is the largest Geographic Information Systems company in the world with over 2500 employees in Redlands, CA, an additional 1000 in 10 regional offices and software users in 120 countries. The software is great for our responsibility as stewards for the earth and working with sustainable growth."
"The ESRI campus is beautiful. Cafeteria is quite decent. Heathcare is FREE for you, your spouse and dependents. Most of my peers are decent, fun loving and believe they make a difference. Management is in complete chaos and out of touch with customer needs and requirements. The products are extremely buggy. No serious design work here. No advancement opportunity especially for women. Adverse to cutting edge technology."
"Awesome place to work! I recommend this company."
"I love working at Esri. I am compensated fairly for the services that I provide. Esri has been a very accommodating company and I enjoy working with the latest tools."
