"The people were great. In my last job, I saw the other employees in the morning to give them their jobs, and in the afternoon for their reports. It was nice to have other people around. You work hard, and they matched it."

"All employees except IT staff are interviewed by VP/owner but you may not get that far. Be flexible and open to relocating."

"Most of management has never worked anywhere else so things are done the ESRI way and slooooooow to change."

"Bring in experienced managers. Give real, meaningful titles. Provide career growth."

"I felt like I would eventually become pidgen holed in the product I was producing, which was a product to replace a bad one.... This was something I didn't want to attach myself to."

"Although management was really good, the feeling I had with being tied to something was not something I liked. It it was not the intention then I would suggest to remedy."
