Esko Employee

"Esko is a company that has a hard time focusing on employees that are under management level. Many times the upper management teams will get together behind closed doors and make decisions about how their employees need to be working and they do not take input very well in these areas. Esko also views most employees below management level as little to no value and has issues with retaining employees who cannot preform their job correctly. This can be very hard on the employees that are successful at their jobs because they are having to do the extra work for an extended amount of time, while management keeps feeding them lines like "Well they need a learning curve," or "They have only been in the role for 5 months, we can't expect them to not make mistakes regularly yet.""
