"I have never worked for a company that gave employees as many opportunities for advancement. In my department alone, more than 15 people were promoted in the last year. The company allows us to test for certifications like the A+ in house and pays for the training, the time, and the test. While there are areas for improvement in just about any company, this one is by far one of the best and has been great for my career. The CEO is genuine, ethical, and really cares about his employees."

"The management does not support their employees, unfortunately. Rather than recognizing accomplishments, they instead focus on their flaws, no matter how insignificant."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Include the employees in the process, so that they feel they are a part of it. Rather than dictating down from above and not having a feel for what the employees actually do and what impact these decisions may have on them as employees, their productivity and feeling of worth as employees."
